Question 1

What does HONYX manufacture?

Accepted Answer

We make precision deep-drawn parts and conventional stamped parts, plus tooling, sheet-metal parts and related assemblies. Typical examples are sleeves, bushings, end covers, casings, brackets, connectors, plates, latches and support frames.

Question 2

What is the difference between your two product families?

Accepted Answer

Stamping and Drawing Parts are formed from a flat blank into a cup, sleeve, shell or cover. Conventional Stamped Parts are flat or bent sheet-metal parts made by blanking, piercing and forming, such as brackets, plates and frames.

Question 3

Can you make a part to my own drawing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Customization is supported. Send your drawing or sample with the material, finish and quantity, and we will review feasibility before quoting.

Question 4

Can I request samples?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Samples can be requested, subject to review of the part and the tooling needed. Tell us what you need to evaluate when you send the request.

Question 5

Will I receive production progress updates?

Accepted Answer

Production progress feedback is supported. Agree on the updates you need when the order is confirmed.

Question 6

Is third-party inspection possible?

Accepted Answer

Third-party inspection is supported. Include it in your request so the arrangement can be planned with the order.

Question 7

Which certifications are listed?

Accepted Answer

ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IATF 16949. Certificate scope, issuing body and validity are confirmed from the certificate documents during supplier review.

Question 8

What press range do you run?

Accepted Answer

Our presses range from 25T to 500T, supported by tooling, wire cutting, welding, inspection, assembly and packing at the same site.

Question 9

What are your capacity and lead time?

Accepted Answer

For planning, monthly capacity is about 300,000 pieces and typical orders can be delivered in about 15 days. Both figures depend on the part, tooling status, material, finish and order quantity, so they are confirmed per project.

Question 10

What should I include in a quote request?

Accepted Answer

A drawing or sample, the material and finish, the annual or batch quantity if known, the application, and any inspection or sample requirements. The more complete the request, the faster feasibility can be reviewed.

Question 11

Do you publish prices or a minimum order quantity?

Accepted Answer

No. Quotations are prepared per project after the drawing and quantity are reviewed, and order quantities are discussed with the quotation.
